Would like to purchase glasses frames elsewhere and have lenses fitted by us? No Problem. Read our inside tips on how to choose glasses frames.

Do you provide prescription lens fitting and lens replacement service? I have a glasses frame that I like, can you fit lenses to my frame?
Yes we can fit lenses to your frame if the frame is in good condition*. The lenses to use for your frame will depend on the prescription and the frame, so will the cost. For a quote on fitting lenses to your frames, please download and fill in the lens quotation form then email it to us.

We will require the following information in order to provide you a quote:
  • Your prescription including PD. PD is Pupillary Distance. More information about PD can be found on the Understanding Prescription page.
  • Your age.
  • Is this a rimless, nylon(with nylon around the edge, eg. semi-rimless frame) or full-rim frame, eyeglasses or prescription sunglasses frame? If sunglasses frame, is this a prescription sunglasses frame (prescription sunglasses have small front curvature that is similar to eyeglass frames)?
  • Frame dimensions: lens width, bridge width and lens depth. Lens width and bridge width are usually printed on the arm or at the back of the nose bridge with a small square in between. Lens depth is the maximum vertical distance from the top of the lens (not the frame) to the bottom of the lens in millimeters. Please measure lens depth with a ruler.
  • The type of lenses you would like to order: single vision distance, single vision reading, bifocal, progressive lenses or computer access lenses? Please note in order to fit progressive lenses, the frame needs to have a lens depth of 28mm or over.

We will provide you an estimate on the cost once we receive required information. An accurate quote will be provided after we sight the prescription and the frame.

If you would like to proceed, you will
  1. Register an account (if you don't yet have one),
  2. Make payment**. A staff member of our service team will generate the order for you. An email will be sent to you once the order is ready for you to make the payment. Payment can be made online by Visa, Mastercard or PayPal.
  3. Send the frame and a copy of the prescription to the following address:
         PO Box 219
         Moorabbin BC
         VIC 3189 Australia
Please package the frame inside a protective case to avoid damage during transit. We recommend registered post when sending the frames as this will help tracking the parcel.
  4. If you intend to have multifocal, bifocal or computer lenses fitted to your frame, please ask someone to help you mark the pupil position on the glasses by following the instruction below before you send the frame to us:

    a. You wear the glasses
    b. You will look at distance objects that are 1 meters away or beyond in the front. The other person will stand approximately 60 centimetres away from you and mark the centers of pupils on the glasses using a fine lined dark coloured pen. ( Pupils are the black dots in the center of your eyes.)

*Replacing lenses into an older/previously used frame can be more difficult due to the material becoming more brittle and less pliable over time.

Whilst we will take all necessary precautions we can unfortunately not be held liable or take any responsibility for any damage which may occur during the processes of replacing lenses and/doing an adjustment.

**Quotes are provided based on the provided information . Should the received frame or prescription is different from what was provided, alternative lenses may be required which may cost differently.
