We charge $8 for shipping to anywhere in Australia.
Currently, we are offering free delivery for orders shipping to anywhere in
Australia that are above $169.9. For orders below $169.9, we calculate
postage costs on a per-item basis. Every two boxes of contact
lenses are counted as one item in terms of postage.
Currently, we only deliver
products to the countries listed on the table below, although we are planning on expanding our sales
to more countries in the future! The following table lists the destination countries and postage to each of the destination countries.

We use registered post service through Australia
Post for most of our deliveries. With this service Australia Post
will attempt delivery of your purchase to your door. A signature
will be required on delivery. If no one is home a note will be
left indicating the item will be waiting for you to collect at
your local post office. All of our postage is covered by transit
insurance. In the unlikely event your item is lost in transit,
we will replace your order at our cost.
A notification email will be sent to you once your order is dispatched.
You can also visit the Order Tracking page by clicking on the "Order Tracking" link on the top of each page to track your order status.
Most orders are dispatched within 10 working days
from the date your payment is received.
If your prescription is outside of our stock range
or requires special treatment such as ground lenses,
it may take up to 3 weeks to process the lenses. Progressive
Lenses are all ground lenses, hence usually take 2 to 3 weeks to process.
A notification email will be sent to you after your order is dispatched.
Orders will be delivered next day in the state of Victoria after dispatch.
It may take up to 5 working days to deliver to other states after dispatch.
Please contact us if your order has not arrived after 4 weeks.
We encourage you to visit the order page on the
"Your Account" section on our website to view the delivery
status of your order.
The suburb and postcode is validated against the
postcode database thats sourced from Australia Post. Please
check the postcode and the spelling of your suburb.
Regrettably, we aren't able to facilitate pickups.
Please notify us by email or fax as soon as possible
if you wish to change the delivery address. However, the
address of a dispatched order can not be changed.
