To order glasses simply follow the prompt on each
screen. If you would like to purchase lenses to go with the glasses
frame, you will need a copy of eyeglasses prescription that's
less than 2 years old. You will choose a glasses frame first and
add it to your shopping cart. Then you have the options of either
adding lenses to the glasses or purchasing glasses frame only.
You will then be asked to enter your prescription and choose a
lens package from recommended packages if you choose to add lenses.
To order contact lenses, you will need a copy of a contact lens
prescription that's less than 2 years old unless your prescription
has zero power. You don't need a prescription if you are to order
colour contact lenses with zero power. You will be required to
select the base curve, diameter, power for the lenses and the
quantity you wish to order. If your prescription has plano or
zero sphere, please select "0.00" for power. You will
be asked to select "Addition" for multifocal contact
lenses. You will be asked to select "Cylinder" and "Axis"
for Toric lenses.
You can repeat a previous order by going to Order
Tracking page. Simply click on "repeat contact lens order"
link on the page. The contact lenses you ordered will be added
to your shopping cart. You can then edit your shopping cart and
proceed to check out.
Of course, you can.

Regrettably we are unable to offer an environment
for you to view your frame in person.
Don’t let this bother you - we guarantee
the authenticity of listings for frames we sell!
we do like to think of our customers as super
savvy in terms of knowing quality and bargains, and we encourage
our customer to do their research on any specific brand that they
are looking for in their local optical store, and so they
can be confident about each item they are purchasing.
We do not offer rainchecks on our frames as we
are unable to take pre-orders for out of stock items.
We can certainly understand being upset and disappointed
at missing out on further savings from our already low prices.
Please note that when you purchase an item you
agree to the terms of sale including pricing at the time of the
purchase. The nature of promotional periods is that they begin
and end on a specific date and apply to a specific amount of stock.
Just as with traditional "real world" retail stores
we are unable to extend any promotion period beyond the specified
period.
